Low-Cal Girls’ Night Colada

Ever want to indulge in girls night festivities, but feel you have to avoid the desserts or delicious drinks to stick to your goals?

One day I was craving a sweet, frozen treat and decided to search my house to make something I would feel good about. When I looked at the ErgoBCAA Pineapple Mango flavor I immediately thought “A Pina Colada sounds really good!”.  So I threw together a few ingredients and was shocked at how delicious it was (& how closely it resembled the real deal).

The non-alcoholic version comes in at only 70 calories, but tastes like hundreds.

Recipe: 
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup vanilla coconut milk
1 & 1/2 cup ice
1 scoop Pineapple Mango ErgoBCAA
Blend together until smooth

Macros:
Calories- 70
Protein- 1g
Carbs- 9g
Fats- 4g

Kick it up as a real adult beverage with an ounce of rum, adding 69 calories & 17g carbs:

Calories- 139
Protein- 1g
Carbs- 28g
Fats- 4g

This is much easier to fit into your nutrition than the heavy cream & sugar version.
