Ingredients:
1/2 c (113g) Greek Yogurt, Fat Free, Plain
2 Tbsp (34g)  Ketchup
2 Tbsp (15g) Yellow Onion, diced
2 Tbsp (30g) Sweet Relish
1 tsp White Vinegar
1 clove (3g) Garlic, crushed
1/8 tsp Salt

Mix together and enjoy
