When you still have protein macros left or just need a good snack, greek yogurt is a winner. I like to vary the flavor of mine quite often, so I buy the 0% Fat, plain yogurt. This time, I decided to see if ErgoBCAA held up to my expectations if I mixed it with yogurt.
Well, guess what?!? It did!!! This combination was delicious. So my dessert is now part of my recovery, with BCAAs. It will be added into my evening snack rotation. Go ahead and give it a try.
